PCC’s philosophy can be best
stated by our four primary values – Partnership,
Respect, Excellence, and Innovation. Our philosophy, in conjunction with
our mission statement (“Large Company Capabilities With
Small Company Culture & Pricing”) is embedded at all
the levels of our organization and processes. These goals help
us manage and maintain customer relationships that are long
term and mutually fruitful. Our customers often tell us that
we spoil them by giving them a feeling that they are our only
customer. We encourage you to talk to our customers about their
experience with our services and people and our constant availability
when needed.
PCC places some strict measurable metrics
on customer relationships management upon its project teams
and the performance of the project team, and the company is
constantly measured using these metrics with direct input from
the customer. These include:
- Overall Customer Satisfaction
- Performance of the Key Staff
- Performance of the PCC Methodology
- Performance of our Technical
Advice & Solution
- Repeat Business from the
Customer
- Repeat Usage of the Same
Team Members by the Customer
PCC’s methodology ensures
that our customer relationship management philosophy is consistently
maintained by taking a sound approach:
Single version
of the truth – We
maintain single repository of the entire project related documents
and issues database that are accessible through our project
portals by both the project teams (PCC and Customer). All the
project status reports (internal and external) are available
to both the project teams (PCC and customer).
Partnership – The PCC
team operates as a long-term partner with their customer team
by showing the respect, value and commitment that can only
be expected from a customer’s employee. We take the
Vendor/Customer philosophy out of the picture and provide
a seamless integrated team that shares the same goals as the
customer team.
No Rosy Pictures – PCC
project managers never paint a rosy picture in their status
reports or meetings. We feel if there are issues or risks
in a project we need to report those upfront before reporting
any accomplishments. The issues/risks if reported upfront
can be easily mitigated and can be a key to a successful project.
The philosophy and approach that we
have mentioned above has been practiced by PCC and its team
members from day-one. This has allowed us to retain customers
year after year. We are ready to practice the same philosophy
and approach with you to start a relationship that will be long-term
and mutually successful.
