Jerry W. Long
Jerry W. Long has been in the Computer
Consulting business since January 1988, first as the owner of
PC Consultants until 1994. In 1994 Mr. Long founded PCC Technology
Group, LLC. PCC is a 2001,2002 and 2003 winner of the Fast
Fifty award given by Deloitte and Touche, and the winner of
the Business Development Grant given by Fleet Development Ventures.
Mr. Long has a Bachelors of
Science Degree in Business Administration from Middle Tennessee
State University, and an MBA from the University of Tennessee.
Mr. Long started his career with the General Electric Company
and remained there a total of 13 years. He then moved to Connecticut
General Company (later known as CIGNA) for a 2-year stint,
followed by a 4-year assignment with The Hartford Insurance
Group. He founded PC Consultants in 1988.
Mr. Long is a Board of Director for
CT Business & Industry Association (CBIA); a Board of Advisor
for The Simsbury Bank; the past Chairman of the Metro Hartford
Chamber of Commerce; Past President of the Bloomfield Chamber
of Commerce; a member of the Asylum Hill Congregational Church;
a past Board member of the Pastoral Counseling Center of West
Hartford; an Advisory Board member of the Institute for Industrial
and Engineering Technology at Central Connecticut State University,
Treasurer of the Hartford Chapter of Black Data Processing Associates,
Chairman of the Bloomfield Economic Development Commission,
a Commissioner for the Bloomfield Charter Revision Committee,
, and a past director of the Hartford Education Foundation.
He is also a member of Kappa Alpha Psi fraternity and the Rotary
Club of Bloomfield. Mr. Long is the father of 3 adult children
and resides in Bloomfield, Connecticut with his wife Marjorie.
Joe Singh
Mr. Joe Singh has twenty (20) plus
years of experience in information technology. Mr. Singh has
been involved and responsible for selling and delivering high
quality and cost-effective technology solutions using numerous
technologies including legacy, client/server and web. During
his twenty (20) plus years of experience, Mr. Singh has been
known for his high command in technology solutions and strong
leadership skills. He leverages both a hands-on
technical background as well as the business acumen to interact
with technical personnel, C-level executives and state government
executives.
In 1995, Mr. Singh co-founded PCC Technology
Group (PCC) with a vision to create a high performance and a
cost-effective public sector solution provider. Since its inception
and under Mr. Singh’s co-leadership, PCC has evolved from
a staffing and training organization to an eGovernment solutions
provider to now a public sector practice based organization.
Mr. Singh has held numerous senior positions
at CIGNA HealthCare and participated in many consulting engagements
as an independent consultant under Anderson Consulting (now
Accenture) and Symmetrix Group (acquired by Mckinsey & Company
in 1994).
Mr. Singh actively participates in IACA
(International Association of Corporate Administrators), NASS
(National Associates of Secretary of State) and NASED (National
Association of State Election Directors) associations and conferences.
